Abstract:In order to give student who love Computer Application Foundation a new ways of learning. Change the traditional old teaching ideas.The design and implementation of the teaching website of basics of computer application is described, and object design of the teaching website, design of architecture, design of function modules are implemented. With the application of related professional knowledge content, such as ASP technology, a professional teaching website of the basics of computer application is established, which covers the related assisted instruction of the basics of computer application, related work, professional test information, and comprehensive teaching of professional news.Break the condition of teaching in times and space.It can make more easy to the Website Teaching.

引言
随着计算机技术的不断进步，网络技术的不断发展与完善，我国的教育事业也在互联网中呈现出迅猛发展的态势。网络在教育领域的发展成为教育改革的一大热点，被大多数学校所看重。教学网站以其丰富的教育教学资源，自由的教学时间，空间和方便的教学方法，新鲜的教学感受受到广大师生的青睐。教学网站的兴起成为了继课堂学习之后的又一重要的教育手段[1]。
计算机应用基础，作为计算机相关专业的基础课程，不仅仅呼应了计算机网络时代的高速发展，更是通过了网络，加深了学生对于本门课程的掌握程度。计算机应用基础是目前各个专业都必须要学习的一门课程，因为它的教学内容通用性强，适应了网络化发展的潮流，也直接影响到学生未来的学习成绩和工作效率。计算机应用基础作为计算机以及网络发展的基础，因为面对的学生学习能力，程度，专业，学习层次都不相同，普通的课堂教学没有办法很好的将本门课程直观的呈现给学生。而教学网站的设计与构建，能够很好的补充传统课堂在这方面的不足，以其强大的优势，构建出了一种新的，主动，开放式的学习模式[2]。
