引言
如今大学校园涌现出很多花样百出的大学生社团，社团数量和社团人数也在不断增加，社团是以拓展学生兴趣丰富学生课余生活的非盈利的组织，通过组织具有共同爱好和追求的学生开展课外活动，有共同志趣的同学可以尽情的发挥自己的特长，同时也增长了见识。那么问题来了！如何高效快捷的对社团信息进行管理？如何更方便的分享信息？这就需要一套完善的社团管理系统来完成。
1.系统开发背景和意义
大学生社团管理系统的开发，是为了实现管理员更便捷的对社团内部各种信息的管理。对于知识创新的主体——高校来说，更应该注重从实际需求出发，以利用高科技来解决现实中亟待解决的问题。高科技的时代下，单纯的人工管理已经不能适应需求，这时就迫切需要开发一个智能的管理系统，减少工作人员的工作量，节约人力物力资源，节约成本。访客通过注册用户成为新用户，然后可以选择自己想要加入的社团提交入会申请，等待管理员对入会申请的审批，通过审批之后就可成为会员，系统中这个审批过程相对于手工入会程序就节省人力物力，这就符合我们现在所倡导的低碳生活，因此大学生社团管理系统的开发具有非常重要的现实意义。
