Design and Implementation of University Teachers' Information Management System Base on B/S
Abstract：Along with the rapid development of Internet technology, Internet usage has been closely related to people's lives. Teachers' Information Management System software is about managing information with the teacher needs of the times and produced. This article is based on the Information Management System of University Teachers basis B / S on the framework, the paper focusing on the practice in connection with the process of writing, we hope theory can be applied in practice. In the design of the main application to SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2008 in order to achieve the teacher information management, research and information management, teaching basic functions such as information management, in order to achieve standardization of university teachers information, intelligent management, but also effectively for many managers improve the management of teacher information.

基于B/S的高校教师信息管理系统的设计与实现 引言
科教兴国战略的提出，国家对教育投入的比重逐年加大，高校作为培养人才的重要场所，高校人数在不断增多，因此高校教师人数也在不断的上升。以往对高校教师信息人工化的管理方式已经不能适应快速增长的教师人数的需要。所以对高校教师信息管理系统的设计势在必行。

由于这些年信息技术的发展，高校教师信息管理系统有了比较大的发展，但是不得不承认高校教师信息管理系统中仍然有很多的问题，如高校教职工的人数的不断增加导致所需要记录的信息量不断增多，原有的人工记录已经不能达到随时记录与查询的要求，如果拥有一个便捷、高效的基于B/S的高校教师信息管理系统，不但能够更准确的了解教师信息，而且它能帮助教务处工作人员解决繁重的工作。
