摘要计算机网络上的应用业务越来越多,要求网络能提供更好的服务质量。本文主要研究在进行传统的FTP文件传输及新兴的视频点播时,通过实施不同的QoS流量管理技术,比较它们对网络性能的改善程度,进而得出最优的流量管理技术。即通过实验来对比流量监管技术,流量整形技术,以及拥塞管理的各种技术对网络性能的改善情况。45269
通过搭建合适的实验环境,并对实验中相应的网络设备进行流量管理技术的配置,进而得出实验数据;最后比较出流量监管技术,流量整形技术,以及拥塞管理的各种技术在不同网络环境中对网络性能指标的改善程度。从实验结果看,进行传统的FTP文件传输时,最优的一种流量管理技术为拥塞管理的加权公平队列技术;而在新兴的流媒体点播情况下,最优的流量管理技术则为拥塞避免的优先队列技术。实验结果对网络服务提供者进行网络管理时具有一定的实际参考价值。

Abstract
The application of computer network is becoming more and more, which ask for the services on the network provide better quality of service. The paper mainly studies on the traditional FTP file transfer and emerging video on demand, through the implementation of QoS traffic management technology is different, and then compare them to the network performance improvement, so that obtains the optimal flow management technology. Through the experiment, comparing the traffic supervision technology, traffic shaping technology, and the improvement of technology on the performance of the network congestion management.
By setting up an suitable environment of experiment , and traffic management technology of the corresponding network equipment configuration in the experiment, then obtained experimental data. Finally, compare the traffic supervision technology, traffic shaping technology, improve the degree of congestion management and all kinds of technology of network performance in different network environment. From the experimental results, when the traditional FTP file transfer, the technology of traffic management for optimum weighted fair queue congestion management; while in the case of emerging Streaming Media, the optimal technology of traffic management is the priority queue congestion avoidance. The experimental results of network management, the network service provider has certain practical reference value.
