The Design and Implementation of University Salary Management System Based on ASP.NET
Abstract: In order to better realize the paperless salary management, improve the financial personnel's working efficiency and accuracy, university salary management system because of its easy to use and simple operation becomes one of indispensable systems in various colleges and universities. This system adopts B/S structure, ASP.NET development language, SQL Server 2008 database to design and development,the system mainly includes the following several modules: notice management, salary management, user management, message board management, export the payroll, change passwords, exit the system module and so on. This article first introduces the system's each function module and the implementation of the principle, secondly explains the implementation of each function module, and finally summarizes the development and tests phase encountered problems and solutions.The system's interface aesthetics, simple operation and salary management function is realized.

基于ASP.NET的高校工资管理系统的设计与实现引言
自50年代中后期，计算机应用的重点开始由科学计算转向数据快速处理。计算机技术和管理信息系统的概念迅速发展起来。管理信息系统就是我们经常说到的MIS(Management Information System),在当今这个信息传递速度更快的社会，它越来越多的被人们使用。作为一个新的学科，它涉及范围很广，包含了各个分支的学科。在这些学科的基础上，形成信息收集和加工的方法，从而形成一个纵横交织的系统。
随着计算机的使用越来越普及，越来越多的人习惯在计算机上处理问题，而纸质化的时代逐渐被能更加快速处理信息的计算机时代所取代。信息不止对学校是一项很重要的资源，对每个行业都是如此。随着经济的不断发展，信息显得尤为重要。信息提供了关于企业过去、现在和未来的全面材料。它对任何各种生产经营的计划、控制、考核、预测企业前景、参与企业决策、规划企业未来起着非常重要的作用。从某种意义来讲企业管理实际上就是企业信息的管理，目的就是最大限度满足企业对信息的要求，为企业的上层决策提供有效依据。
