摘要:目前在中国有很多的餐厅都处在店面的营销手段的状态,大部分的餐厅都是采用店面的方式让顾客进店消费,这样既增加了营销的成本也增加了交易的复杂性,所以开发一套在互联网上进行菜单销售的平台非常有必要。在这样的背景下出现了很多外卖网站,顾客直接从网站上订餐,大大的吸引了许多的消费者。客户服务中心管理信息系统一共包括五大模块:普通用户模块,在线订餐模块,菜单查询模块,管理员模块,分别实现了前台客户注册,前台客户登录,菜单信息查询,菜单订购,订单结算,订单操作管理,新闻信息查看等功能功能模块。本系统采用.NET开发平台进行开发,开发工具采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2010集成开发环境,后台编程语言采用C#编程语言来进行编程开发,数据库我们采用当下流行的SQL Server 2008数据库管理系统来存放平台中的数据信息,整个系统采用B/S架构进行开发,这样能把平台架构到一个服务上面给互联网上的用户提供完整的服务。47160

Customer service center management information system
Abstract: At present, there are a lot of restaurants which are in-store marketing status in China. Most of the restaurants let customers consume in the store. This has increased the cost of marketing and the complexity of the transaction, so it is very necessary to develop a platform to market on the Internet. Then, there have been many takeaway websites in this context. The customers can order from the website directly, which attracted many consumers greatly.Customer service center management information system consists of five modules: the ordinary user module, the online ordering module, the menu query module and the administrator module, respectively, to achieve registration of the client , the customer login of front desk, the query of menu information, order of the menu, settle accounts of order, the operation management of order, news viewing and other modules.The system uses the .NET development platform for developing, and the development tools using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 IDE, the background programming using C# programming language to program development, and the database we use contemporary popular SQL Server 2008 database management system to store data of the platform. This system uses Browser / Server structure development. In this way, the service platform can be constructed as a service for the user on the internet.
