Design and Implementation of Flash MTV
Abstract: In the audio-visual era, any one expression cannot do without MTV, and Flash is no exception.The work based on Flash software platform, which mainly used the mouse painted and 2D animation technology, combined with gradually fade, dissolve, different scene representation ,I analyze the production process named "go back to the past" ,and the MTV animation works full expression of the whole song's theme and artistic conception. MTV based on Flash animation is a very new topic, which is different from the traditional MTV, let people enjoy beautiful music at the same time, also can bring the brand-new feeling on the vision.

1.1国内外发展现状
目前，Flash动画越来越受到国内外的关注。这个强大的二文矢量动画编辑软件给用户带来了强有力的冲击，让用户可以轻松地将丰富的想象力可视化[1]。尤其是基于Flash制作的MTV动画，这些极具个性化、风格独特的小作品，能够深刻表现设计者想要表现的主题和想要表达的情感，更是赢得了不少人的青睐[2]。现在，Flash已经逐步被国内外用户所吸引，并相继出现一大批执着的追随者。国内广大Flash爱好者主要把精力集中在了网页的导航栏、Flash全站、游戏制作、动画制作等方面，而国外Flash已经广泛深入到了工业、生产等各个领域，因为Flash的自由度非常高，制作出的界面动感性也特别强，所以Flash的前景只有想不到，没有做不到[3]。
1.2设计的目的和意义
随着网络的飞速发展，人们的物质生活水平有了很大的提高，与此同时，文化生活水平也上了一个新的台阶，而单纯的音乐和纯粹的图像已经满足不了人们的生活追求。Flash是一款多媒体制作软件，为我们提供了一个操作简单而功能强大的动画制作平台，可以很微妙地把一些矢量图、位图、音乐和文字结合在一起，制作出主题鲜明，意境优美，交互性强的MTV动画，不仅具有视觉和听觉的双重感受，更具趣性和创造性[4]。Flash MTV给人们的精神文明带来了新的元素，丰富了人们的日常生活，也给设计者提供了施展才华的空间。
