Books management system can measured the various operation of national economy and enterprises. It also can use the past data of predict the future. It can manage decision-making starting from the enterprise global auxiliary enterprise.It can use of information to control the behavior of the enterprise.It can help companies to achieve their objectives. The books management system uses the management science, system science, operational research, statistics, computer science and other subject knowledge. It can descripte of the books management system of three elements: system point of view, mathematics method and computer application.
