摘要：在全球信息化的影响下，哈萨克斯坦数字现代化进程的加快，信息技术的引入提高了哈政府的效率，制定一个在哈萨克斯坦政治领域应用新技术的国家政策，需要通过信息技术的广泛应用促进哈社会的经济和政治现代化，并对电子政务的潜在效益进行理论和实践研究。在全球信息社会中，急需解决的问题是优化政府和社会之间的互动过程。旧的关系，形成在同一社会制度，不再满足基于后现代思想的社会的要求。此不匹配导致众多的社会，经济和政治方面的困难和尖锐矛盾。“电子政府”不再只是一个比喻，它在许多方面是一个工具，将优化与行政和管理结构的普通公民的互动，就是这种在市民收到“服务的权威”，并提供有关验收不仅是当前一个全面影响，相互作用而和密钥管理决策的各种社会机构的互动和整个社会的结构。58069

The status quo and Countermeasures of information development in Kazakhstan

Electronic government is no longer just a metaphor, it is a tool for optimizing the interaction between ordinary citizens with the power and governance structures, such an interaction in which the citizen not only receives a "authorities" services", but also has an influence on the adoption of not only current, but also key governance decisions in the framework of the interaction of various social institutions and society as a whole.
