摘要子宫内膜癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,属于三大恶性肿瘤之一。子宫内膜非典型增生是子宫内膜癌的前驱病变,而患者经常采用伤害极大的子宫切除术,因此寻找一个有价值的诊断方法对避免误诊有非常大的意义。采用计算机形态测量技术,通过对子宫内膜活检诊断非典型增生的病理切片进行D评分和4C法则数字形态分析,计算患者发生子宫内膜的风险值,并与患者的子宫切除标本病理及随访结果进行对比。并根据需要增加腺体其他特征的评估标准,寻找比较精确标准的诊断辅助手段,为子宫内膜非典型增生的的预测开创前景。62975

Abstract Endometrial carcinoma is a common malignant tumor, belong to one of the three malignant tumor. Endometrial hyperplasia with atypia is the precursor lesion of endometrial carcinoma, and patients often using injury greatly hysterectomy, so finding a valuable diagnostic methods to avoid misdiagnosis of great significance. Using the computer morphometry analysis technology, D score and 4C rule digital form through the pathological sections of automatic endometrial biopsy diagnosis atypical hyperplasia, computing occurred in patients with endometrial risk value, and compared with pathology and follow-up results of patients with hysterectomy. And according to the need to increase the gland other feature evaluation criteria for diagnosis, auxiliary means more accurate standard, a prospect for endometrial atypical proliferation amount prediction.
