摘要：随着经济的发展和网络的普及，互联网已经成为人们获取消息，远距离交流的重要手段，在人们的生活中扮演着一个不可或缺的较色。网络招聘以其省时省力等特点，受到越来越多的企业和应聘者的关注和使用，然而当前市场上招聘类网站，对工作经验明显不足的应届生存在了诸多的限制。系统开发采用ASP.NET编程语言，以Visual Studio 2012、SQL Server 2008为开发工具实现。设计实现了应聘者个人账户注册，填写简历，用人企业注册，发布岗位，企业信息管理，求职简历管理等主要功能，为应届毕业生提供更多的求职应聘的机会，提高求职效率，方便应届毕业生找到满意的工作。 65067

Abstract: With the development of economy and the popularity of network, the Internet has become an important means for people to get news and conduct a remote communication which plays an indispensable role in people's life. Network recruiting can save much more time and effort, and attract more and more companies and candidates’ attention.  However, the current recruitment websites on the market have a lot of restrictions for fresh graduate who does not have enough work experience.We use ASP.NET to programming, and use the Visual Studio 2012 and SQL Server 2008 as development tool.This design realizes some main functions like interviewees’ personal account registration, filling out the resume, enterprise registration, posting jobs, enterprise information management and resume management. It provides more opportunities for interviewees to apply for jobs and improve the efficiency of job searching which is convenient for new graduates to find a satisfactory job.

1 引言

毕业生就业管理系统的目的是为刚刚步入社会面临就业的的应届毕业生提供一个方便快捷、安全的就业平台，使毕业生可以在同等时间下有尽量多的就业机会。

随着网络办公的逐渐普及，便捷的信息交流已被越来越多的人们所熟知并使用，传统的招聘和应聘方式的不足也显露无疑，毕业生们需要花费大量的时间精力修改个人简历并从海量招聘信息中寻找到自己中意的企业。
