摘要:在当今的服务型商业中,无论是大中型的超市,还是各种商业组织都要实行员工考勤制度.最终目标都是获取考勤结果和统计数据作为量化考核的依据.可见,考勤制度成为了企业管理的重要组成部分。随着计算机的普及和计算机科学技术的飞速发展,人们开始越来越多地利用算机解决实际问题。员工考勤管理是企业信息管理的重要部分面对大量的人事工资信息,采用人力处理将浪费大量的时间、人力和物力,且数据的准确性低。因此,开发一个界面友好,易于操作的员工考勤管理软件进行自动化处理变得十分重要,这正是本系统开发的目的和意义。本项目开发过程中,主要进行的工作是需求分析、概要设计、详细设计等。软件采用基本对话框界面,能满足中小型企业员工考勤管理的基本需要。
