本系统的主要功能有系统管理员对用户资料信息的增删改查，以及对于实时的学生选题情况进行查看；查看课题的相关信息并且进行选题。高校教师可以对个人信息进行完善修改，发布自己的课题以及查看课题被选情况，对于选择自己课题的学生有权利接受或者退回，也可以删除学生的选择记录。这些功能越发的体现系统的合理化和较强的交互性。

毕业设计选题与网上报名系统为高校师生提供了一个友好便利的平台，推进了高校信息化的发展。
