摘要本文针对企业与企业间签订的合同，设计并实现了一个在web方式下的合同管理系统，对合同信息进行有效地管理以便于企业之间的合作交流。

本文首先介绍了系统的开发背景和开发手段，设计的目的与意义。然后在现管理系统的基础上，提出通用合同管理系统总体需求分析。具有良好的人机界面，开放的体系结构，较强的通用性，高效的数据利用等特点。74485

通用合同系统采用MVC设计模式开发系统，用Java语言编写项目，使用Mysql进行数据库设计与实现，是基于web的系统，使用tomcat服务器。在前段设计上使用easyui框架，使得界面非常简洁，易于操作。

该设计有图15幅，表7个，参考文献20篇。

Design and implementation of general contract management system
