摘 要随着现代高校大学生人数的快速增加和就业压力扩大，以及高校大学生毕业就业压力日益增大，迫使高校产生对于如何高效管理毕业生的需求。同时大学生也需要及时了解当前的就业形势。

通过对当前高校管理毕业生形势的调查与分析，本毕业课题设计并实现了一个管理毕业生毕业和就业的功能完善的信息系统，以帮助高校更加有效率的管理毕业生的相关信息。针对高校内不同用户情况的需求分析，实现对管理员和普通用户分别化管理。学校管理员利用浏览器客户端进行在线管理毕业生毕业和就业，普通用户可以登陆手机客户端可以浏览就业信息、企业笔试面试信息和管理个人信息。系统采用了Tomcat服务器，并以Mysql做为数据库，通过持久层-MyBatis获取后台数据，Restful 风格的Apache CXF定制数据交互接口，Spring MVC控制器返回视图，实现后台管理模块方面的功能，并采用安卓应用作为用户客户端。系统在使用上拥有安卓和普通浏览器两个客户端，这样的优势在于能做到管理员与普通用户的权限和功能互不干扰，在设计方面采用先进成熟的技术，能使系统在运行时更加稳定。78123

本次毕业设计完成了课题所预定的各项功能，采用先进的技术实现管理员与用户的分别化管理，系统强调软件设计的规范和重要性，加深了对WEB框架的熟悉。完整软件设计的经历增强了应用软件的开发能力，这种能力的提高对走向正式的软件设计道路打下扎实的基础。

Abstract Graduates' pressure in finding jobs are getting large and the number of university students are increasing rapidly。 It forced universities to consider how to manage graduate students efficiently。 Meanwhile students also need to know the current employment situation。

Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of college graduates, this system was designed and implemented for the management of graduate and employment。 According to the needs analysis of different users in universities, the different management of the administrator and ordinary users has been realized。 School administrators managed graduates and employment with browser client, on the other hand ordinary users can log on the website with mobile phone to get the employment information, enterprise written interview information and manage personal information。 The system used Tomcat server, Mysql as a database, MyBatis as a background data layer, Restful Apache CXF provides interfaces and Spring MVC controller returns view to realize the back stage management。 At the same time, an Android Application is for the user’s client。 The system has Android client and ordinary browser client in use, this advantage is that administrators and ordinary users do not interfere with each other on the permissions and functions, it can be stable in operation while it uses advance and proven technology in design。

The graduation design finished the task in scheduled functions with the advanced technology to achieve the distinction of the administrator and user management。 This design emphasizes the specification and importance of software design and achieves a better understanding of WEB framework。 The experience of the whole software design enhances the ability of application software development, and the improvement of the ability will lay a solid foundation for the road to the formal software design。
