摘要： 近年来，线上招聘模式已不是一个陌生的话题，其方便，效率高，应用人群广泛，涉及面广，快这些特点促使着这一新型技术蓬勃发展着，但是由于我国这种模式才刚起步不久，和西方国家的系统规划处理有着许多要完善的方面，再加上我国素质人才分布较为广泛，且政府没有相关机构进行整合，没有相关的法律进行约束，这使得网络招聘模式水分极大，也有不乏少数的不法人士利用漏洞攻击着这一个新兴产业，若不加以管理，其专业水平，办事效率将令人堪忧。根据以上背景，本人设计并实现了上海元达网络科技有限公司招聘系统来解决实际问题。79768

经过对现状的分析和发展变化的总结，系统拟定从需求入手、包括对结构的设计、数据库设计，在到系统实现，分别为前端实现以及后端实现。论文内容从软件开发工具的描述到分析用户需求、设计界面、实现功能、测试来研究表面系统开发。在研究和学习的同时学习，利用B/S架构，以及C#编程语言、sqlserver数据库和iis服务器等工具来完成任务大致功能，最后进行针对系统运行能力的测试，来检测系统的权限和漏洞，从而将系统完善，达到符合标准。
