摘要本工程是济南市某大型酒店，包含客房、套房、办公室、会议室及酒店相关餐饮洗浴娱乐功能空间的综合型酒店。本文对该暖通空调工程进行了设计计算，包括制冷机房设计，集中空调设计、地下层、卫生间通风设计，防烟楼梯间及其消防与电梯合用前室、内走廊和地下层防排烟设计。本文着重空调设计，采用风机盘管加独立新风系统，新风处理到室内等焓线，过渡季节只供新风。对于较大的空调房间，采用吊顶式空调机组，吊顶回风机和吊顶新风机结合。考虑了建筑节能的需要，中央空调系统能满足热舒适性要求。82538

ABSTRACT This project is a large hotel in Ji'nan，which Includes guest rooms, suites, offices, conference rooms。Design calculation of of the HVAC engineering in this paper, including refrigeration room design, concentrated air conditioning design, basement, bathroom ventilation design, anti smoke stair and fire and elevator combined atria, corridors and underground layer anti smoke exhaust design。This paper focuses on air conditioning design, using the fan coil unit plus an independent fresh air system, fresh air treatment to indoor and other enthalpy line, the transition season only for fresh air。 For the air conditioning room is larger, the ceiling type air conditioning units, combined with the ceiling return fan and ceiling fan。 Considering the need of building energy efficiency, the central air conditioning system can meet the requirements of thermal comfort。
