摘要：本文通过调查员工对培训管理系统功能的要求，从软件工程的角度出发，从而设计出本银行员工培训管理系统。为了实现银行员工培训系统的管理过程信息化、整体化、高效化这些目标，本系统进行了对银行业务、组织结构、员工业务培训的需求，和已有的网络环境进行分析，并且应用了软件开发中所学的技术，重组了银行培训的业务，把银行现有的培训资源管理、员工培训考核等信息，融入到了银行员工业务培训的过程中，本系统是一个基于互联网的B/S模式的银行培训管理系统，能为客户提供网上查看培训服务、网上报名，留言等服务，并为管理员提供一个智能的服务平台，实现会员信息与授课教师的管理，从而提高了服务的质量。本文从系统需求、系统设计、代码实现几方面介绍了整个软件开发过程，其开发平台为Microsoft visual studio 2013，主要开发语言为C#，数据库采用SqlServer 2012数据库。62248

Abstract: In this paper, through the investigation of staff training management system requirements, from the point of view of software engineering, the design of the bank staff training management system. In order to achieve the bank staff training system, the whole process of information management and efficient these goals, the system of bank business, organizational structure, staff training needs, and analyze the existing network environment, and the application of the software development technology, the reorganization of the bank business training, training resource management, the existing bank staff training assessment information process into the bank employee business training, the system is based on a bank training management system B/S model of the Internet, can provide online viewing training services, online registration for the customer, such as message service, and provides an intelligent service platform for administrators, teachers and members to achieve information management, so as to improve the quality of service. This paper from the system requirements, system design, code implementation aspects of the whole software development process, the development platform is Microsoft Visual Studio 2013, the main development language for the C#, database using SQLSERVER database in 2012.
