摘要生产设计是对详细设计的具体反映,生产设计的质量对船舶制造有着非常重要的影响。目前造船普遍采用分段建造的方法,而在生产设计中则采用区域设计的方式,即根据船体结构将船舶划分为多个区域分别进行设计。84455

本课题是以江苏现代造船技术有限公司和浙江欧华造船股份有限公司合作进行生产设计的5300TEU集装箱船项目为基础,按照原理图要求,使用TRIBON M3系统完成对机舱底层管路系统和轮机设备进行三维化建模工作。从实际生产出发,通过优化设计形式提高船舶的可靠性、经济性、机动性,以控制生产成本、提高造船质量、缩短造船周期为目标,完成机舱底层区域管路系统的设计。通过对机舱底层区域进行合理的规划设计和单元划分和对照机舱底层的管路系统详细设计图进行合理放样,完成对各系统的管路单元、管路支架系统及泵组单元的生产设计任务,并按照模块化生产的思想完成管路安装阶段的划分,在与其他部门各个系统协调无误后,完成各阶段施工图纸和托盘表。

本课题通过对5300TEU集装箱船机舱底层区域轮机生产设计,保证船舶的正常施工进度。

Abstract The production design is the concrete reflection of the detailed design, the quality of the production design has a very important influence on the ship manufacturing。 At present, the shipbuilding generally is adopted the method of subsection construction, and in the production design, the design of the ship is pided into several regions according to the hull structure。

This topic based on Jiangsu Modern Shipbuilding Technology Co。, Ltd。 and Zhejiang Ouhua Shipbuilding Co。 Ltd。 which cooperation in production design of 5300TEU container vessel project, in accordance with the requirements of the schematic diagram, used Tribon M3 system to completed the three-dimensional modeling of engine room bottom piping system and turbine equipment。 From the actual production of the optimization design in the form of ship reliability, economy and flexibility to control production cost as goals to improve shipbuilding quality ,shorten shipbuilding cycle to completed the cabin bottom area of the piping system design。 According to the rational planning for engine room bottom area and design with unit pision and control engine room bottom piping system detailed design reasonable layout, completed the system unit piping, piping support system and pump group unit of production and design tasks and in accordance with the modular thought completed the installation phase of the pision of the pipeline, and completed each stage of the construction drawings and tray table after coordination with other various departments system。

This topic according to the 5300TEU container vessel engine room floor area of the production design, to ensure the normal construction schedule of the ship。
