摘要本设计以SY144B型柴油机图纸为依据,对给定机型的柴油机的曲轴进行三维建模,同时分析了柴油机曲轴的在各受力以及强度情况,最后利用有限元分析方法以及特定的分析软件对其强度进行了校核。84609
曲轴是曲柄连杆机构的重要组成部分,也是发动机中最重要的传动部件之一。它的作用是把活塞的往复直线运动变成旋转运动,用来驱动工作机械以及柴油发动机各辅助系统进行工作。但是,由于曲轴形状复杂,在柴油机运作过程中容易产生严重的应力集中现象,长此以往曲轴便很容易发生疲劳损坏。因而在曲轴建模过程结束后,我们必须对其强度进行分析校核,判断其是否符合工业生产强度标准。首先对曲轴的结构进行简单的介绍,并详细阐述了曲轴的损坏形式。同时对UG软件和ANSYS有限元分析软件进行简单介绍,充分将其功能特性与研究过程相结合。在最后的强度校核中,为了简化研究过程,本设计取曲轴单拐作为研究对象,对其进行网格划分、确定边界条件然后施加约束条件,从而进行相应的应力加载和校核分析,根据所得应力图对曲轴单拐进行了变形及其所受应力的分析,最终得到曲轴强度校核的结果。

Abstract This design uses SY144B type diesel engine drawings as the basis, modeling the given type diesel engine crankshaft with its correlation structure, in addition, the load calculation and analysis of the crankshaft were finished in the design。 Finally, the strength was checked using finite element analysis method and specific analysis software。
The crankshaft, as one of the most important part of all transmission components in the diesel engine, is an important part of the crank link mechanism。 It changes the reciprocating motion of the piston into rotary motion, and it is used to drive the working machine and the accessory system of the diesel engine crankshaft。 However, the complex shape and the severe stress concentration phenomenon of the crankshaft in its work process tend to cause damage easily。 After analysis, strength check is necessary。 Before the design and the check of the strength, the crankshaft structure should be learned about firstly, also, the damage forms of crankshaft is introduced and elaborated。 At the same time, the paper simply introduces UG software and ANSYS finite element analysis software, fully functional properties with the combination of research process。 At the last strength check, in order to simplify the process of research, the design uses one crank of the crankshaft as the research object, and analyze the corresponding stress loading, including grid pision, and the boundary conditions and constraints。 Through the strength analysis, the actual situation of stress diagram was obtained,。also,according to the stress diagram of crankshaft of deformation and stress analysis, the final results of crankshaft strength check are obtained。
