摘要曲轴是发动机的重要组成部件之一,是曲柄连杆机构中的中心环节,其承受的载荷极其复杂,它的尺寸参数在很大程度上不仅影响发动机的整体尺寸和重量,而且也在很大程度上影响着发动机的可靠性与寿命。随着内燃机的发展与强化,使得曲轴的工作条件越来越苛刻,曲轴的应力集中现象也相当严重,容易发生疲劳断裂,因此,发动机曲轴的强度校核就显得尤为重要。84610
曲轴强度的计算分析与研究一直是人们不断探讨与钻研的话题。该课题主要以4L68型发动机曲轴为主要的研究对象,对曲柄连杆机构进行运动学与动力学分析,分析曲轴所承受的复杂载荷,其中主要计算曲轴曲柄销所承受的径向力和法向力,对曲轴进行疲劳强度的校核计算。根据图纸利用Pro/E软件对曲轴进行三维实体建模,并应用ANSYS软件对曲轴的有限元模型进行网格的划分,载荷的分析处理以及约束条件与载荷的施加,通过分析进行求解,得到相应的应力云图,分析了曲轴的整体变形和应力状态。

Abstract The crankshaft is one of the important components of the engine, which is the central part in the crank connecting rod mechanism。 It bears extremely complex load。 Its size parameters not only greatly affect the overall size and weight of the engine, but also greatly affect the reliability and the service life of the engine。 With the development and the strengthening of the internal combustion engine ,the work condition of the crankshaft will become more and more severe。 The stress concentration phenomenon of the crankshaft is quite serious and it prone to fatigue fracture。 Therefore, checking the strength of the crankshaft is particularly important。
The calculation and analysis of the strength of the crankshaft has been a topic of exploration and research。 In this paper, the main research object is the crankshaft of 4L68 engine。 The kinematics and dynamics analysis of the crankshaft is carried out。 The complex load of the crankshaft is analyzed。 The main calculation of the radial force and normal force of the crankshaft is finished, and the fatigue strength of the crankshaft is checked。 According to drawings, Pro / E has been used to establish the 3D entity modeling of the crankshaft。 And ANSYS has been used to grid pision, apply the constraint conditions and the load for the crankshaft finite element model。 According to the solution, the distributions of the stress and strain has been obtained, and the whole deformation and stress of the crankshaft has been analyzed。
