摘要随着现代科技的不断发展与进步,内燃机已成为当今世界上应用最为广泛的动 力装置。而在内燃机中,柴油机因为其大功率和经济性能好,在工程中占有举足轻 重的地位。在以柴油机为主的动力装置中,传动装置作为动力传递的中间设备,在 系统中有着极其重要的作用,其基本作用是将动力装置所输出的动力依据需求传给 工作机构,并解决动力装置功率输出特性的问题。在诸多工程机械中,传动装置是 将动力从动力输出端引出的唯一途径。因此提高传动装置的功率的传递效率,以及 将功率以所需的形式输出对于整个传动装置来说是具有非常重要的意义的。本课题 是关于柴油机传动装置的设计,主要是针对于柴油机传动装置的主要复杂零部件, 利用 UG NX 8。0 建模软件对其进行全参数化的三维建模及按照对零部件之间公差 要求进行虚拟装配。84809

Abstract With the development of modern science and technology,the internal combustion engine has become the world's most widely used power plant。 In internal combustion engines, diesel engines play an important role in the engineering because of their outstanding economical performance and high power。 In the power plant based on diesel engines, transmission device ,as intermediate equipment of the transmission of power , is
dispensable to the system。 Its basic role is to deliver power from diesel engines to operating mechanism according to the request and to solve the problem about the power output characteristics of diesel engines。 In many engineering machinery, transmission device is the only way in which the power is leaded out from the power output。 Therefore, it is important for the whole transmission device to improve the transmission efficiency of the transmission device and to output the power in the form of what the power needs to be。 This topic is about the design of the transmission device of the diesel engines, mainly for the main complex parts of the transmission device, using UG NX 8。0, the 3D modeling software, to create the parametric 3D modeling, and to conduct virtual assembly according to the requirements of tolerance。
