摘 要本毕业设计根据初始要求首先进行了国内外四轮电动轮椅的研究现状的了解,进行了各个研究的优点与缺点的对比,其中,由于车轮与地面的摩擦力不足,现有轮椅直流电机控制的额定输出转矩,不能够驱动后轮行驶,现在从现有技术的实际情况出发,本课题提出了一款包含减速机构与麦克纳姆轮的四轮电动轮椅,并且是全方向运动,采用现有先进的麦克纳姆轮设计,在本设计方案的基础上,还自行设计了专有减速装置和一些传动构件,通过链条连接减速机构与轴的传动。采用现在比较先进的设计技巧对车身的结构进行设计与再优化,为了更好的达到使用者的要求,与满足一般的舒适性的人性化设计,加入了一些辅助设施,进而达到了减震的效果,本毕业设计还采用Pro/E设计软件进行三维模型的建立,更好的起到优化的效果,能够及时找出是否有干涉,结构尺寸是否合理等问题,最后还把三维模型导入了ADMAS环境下进行模型的运动学仿真,仿真过程中,麦克纳姆轮进行运动分析,此设计为以后再设计四轮电动轮椅提供了一定的基础与参考,驱动、车轮、机身等的设计均为新型设计理念下的产品。85039
Abstract This paper first analyses the condition of all kinds of wheelchair at home and abroad, in contrast to summarize, on the basis of their respective advantages and disadvantages, as a result of the dc motor rated output torque is low, not enough to drive the rear wheels to overcome the ground friction transmission, to solve the problem at home and abroad, we propose a kind of containing mechanical transmission retarding mechanism of four-wheel electric wheelchair, and the omnidirectional movement, using advanced department has now wheel design, based on the plan, designed to match the speed reducer and other transmission mechanism, the scheme using dc motor with reducer and the chain is connected to the shaft, to make the output speed reduce, make the output torque increase。The recent design includes some new theories and methods, the mode of the drive analyzes the design for twice, make the body of the chair more concise, add some necessary device to assist, using the computer aided design software builds four-wheel electric wheelchair and three dimensional components as a mode, and import the ADMAS kinematics simulation environment, to design and develop the new four-wheel electric wheelchair for a future foundation。At the same time ,it provides a template of a new driving scheme and a useful frame structure。
