摘要:随着科技的进步和社会的发展,工业占据了越来越重要的地位。其中,很多场合都会要用到破碎机来破碎物料。破碎工作所要消耗的能量是巨大的,尤其是应用于金属和非金属以及矿石和化工原料,建筑原料的加工。并且破碎作业的效率并不高。使得能源消耗巨大的原因是因为在破碎物料的过程中产生了震动摩擦和发热等等现象。因而,研究如何让破碎机高效的完成破碎工作并尽量减少能源消耗的问题近年来为许多国内外机械专家所研究。他们着手于从理论到创新开发及改造已经普遍面世的设备,完成改变生产工艺流程的目的。
环锤冲击式破碎机的历史并不如颚式破碎机以及反击式破碎机长。它是一种新型的,高工作效率的冲击式破碎装备。可以说实在锤式破碎机的基础上改良优化的。所以他们两者的工作原理基本是共通的。简要的说来就是利用轴带动锤头做高速回转运动,对矿石造成冲击。使矿石沿着它自然的裂缝,层理面和节理面等等较脆弱的部分被破碎。圆盘上插入了销轴,用来将锤环套在上面,这样,当轴运转的时候销轴运转使环锤产生了离心力。可以使位于转子和篦板筛之间的物料继续受到压碎和磨碎的作用,进而完成破碎工作。转子上配置的环锤有平环和齿研两种,故对物料还有劈碎的作用,可以克服因湿煤造成的粘结堵塞现象。19747
