摘要大型卧式静液挤压设备作为一种特种专用挤压设备,其成本高、数量少,一直以来采用人工上下料。人工上下料困难、安全性差、工作效率低下,严重制约了挤压设备的利用率,影响了国内企业在国际市场上的竞争力。
本文的具体工作如下:研究了大型卧式挤压生产工艺,分析了大型卧式挤压主机的工作方式、结构特点、对上下料工作的要求,确定了上下料辅机的工作原理,设计了自动上下料辅机的系统方案。从系统方案入手,依照模块化设计方法,对机械手爪、旋转部件、支撑装卸料装置的梁,以及动力元件气缸的设计,计算和分析。对动力元件中采用的气动系统进行了研究。对机械手爪的抓取、旋转机构的水平运动和旋转角度、进行了分析,拟定了气动系统的工作原理,并对关键元器件进行了设计计算、强度校核。在总结和展望部分,对全文所做的研究工作和所存在的问题进行了总结,并对未来装卸料装置的发展前景进行了展望。20254

Abstract
The automatization of manufacturing cell or the makeup of flexible automatic production lines in the process of extrusion production is an efficient way to carry out the production in highspeed, high efficiency and high quality. It is one of the most important directions of modern extrusion technology. As special and specific extrusion equipment, it cost high and a small number have been using manual loading. Furthermore, their work efficiency is very slow in our country because its feeding and blanking depend on manual operation, which are difficult and dangerous. These traditional operation ways restrict the utilization ratio of large extrusion machines for heads seriously and have a side effect on the competitive power of domestic enterprises in international markets.
The work of my paper is as follows: to study the large-scale horizontal extrusion production process and analyze the large horizontal extrusion hosts work and structural features and the requirements for loading and unloading work to determine the loading and unloading of auxiliary works, designed auxiliary automatic loading and unloading system solutions.
