摘要在火炮集中发射后进入文护保养阶段时,必须对火炮的炮管内壁进行擦拭保养,既要将内膛中的积炭清理干净,又要不破坏膛壁以免影响炮弹发射的质量。主要的解决方法是设计一种携带方便、安装简易、操作便捷、自动化程度高、擦拭效果好、适用范围广的炮管内壁擦膛机。
课题以大口径火炮擦膛机为研究对象,对火炮擦膛机的电力驱动部分进行研究设计。结合炮管的内部环境与工作条件,设计出炮管擦膛机器人电力驱动方案。以51单片机为主控制器的控制方案,然后进行功能模块上的划分,划分为电源模块,步进电动机正反转控制模块和单片机控制模块。本文主要完成三个主要方面的工作,控制电路总体装置设计、硬件电路设计和软件设计。 毕业论文关键词 擦膛机 电力驱动 电路设计 软件设计20752

Title The electric drive about cleaning machine of large- caliber gun
Abstract
When the concentrated launched gun comes to the maintenance phase, the inner wall of the gun barrel must be wiped. The coke of the inner bore should be cleaned, and the bore wall must be well protected so as not to affect the quality of the shells fired. The main solution is to design a portable, easily installed, easily operated, high-degree automated, efficient and widely applied barrel inner bore cleaning machine.
The study object is large-caliber gun bore cleaning machine and this project will design its power-driven part .Combined with the barrel of the internal environment and working conditions, the power-driven program of a robot which can wipe the gun barrel will be designed. The master controller is MCU-51 single chip, then pide the function module into power module, stepper motor reversing control module and MCU control module. This paper will complete the work in three main areas, the overall device control circuit design, hardware design and software design.
