摘要数控机床加工工艺特点鲜明,最优势的是高精度加工、高效率。数控机床加工的工件,零件的精度一致性极好,生产效率和加工精度也要超出比传统机床很多,当加工繁杂的曲面、形状不规则或高精度等级和曲线多工艺复合加工的产品时,其工艺优势更是普通机床所无法比拟的。机床夹具是机械工程的重要组成部分,是机械加工的基础,也是一个技术设备的主体。工件在夹具中的定位与夹紧,直接影响到工件的加工成败与否与加工质量。夹具的选用与夹具的设计方法则决定了机械加工的效率与加工的难易程度。如果说机械加工必须依靠金属机床的话,那么夹具装备就是提高零件加工精度、降低劳动强度、减少加工时间、减轻对工人的技术要求、实现生产自动化不可缺少的工艺装备。工艺规程是根据实际加工条件和加工零件的具体情况,制定出合理的工艺路线,并按照规定的形式制定的工序文件。机械加工工艺规程是机械工厂生产管理的重要技术文件,影响零件加工质量、生产效率和成本,制造能力的大小、生产批量的大小和处理不同加工的技术措施和方式也必须要用工艺规程来表现。分析和确定正确工艺路线,对管理生产秩序、提高生产率、确保加工精度和最大催发设备制造能力有重要影响。在本夹具设计中,通过分析空压机的结构特定和加工工艺,设计出一套合适工艺装备,设计出简洁的、高效率的数控专用夹具,最后制定出配套的加工工序。22622

Abstract
One of the main features of CNC machining is a precision machining and high efficiency. Design Methods and jig fixture determines the ease of machining and processing efficiency. If we say that we must rely on metal machining machine tools, then clamp equipment is improved machining accuracy, reduce labor intensity, reduce processing time, reduce workers' technical requirements, production automation technology and equipment is indispensable. Process planning is based on the actual processing conditions and processing parts of the specific circumstances, to develop a rational process route and process documents in accordance with the form prescribed making.
