摘要桥梁检测是通过一定的检测手段来了解桥梁的技术状况等级及病害发生部位、严重程度、产生原因等情况,并分析和评价既有病害对桥梁的影响,从而为桥梁文修加固提供可靠的技术数据和依据。23993
目前采用人工方式检测,检测人员存在一定的危险性,检测设备也偏于笨重。本设计计划开发一套远传数控自动检测设备,设备分为上部操作平台与下部检测小车。本课题对于拖曳式桥梁底部探测系统研究主要内容是上部平台完成小车的拖曳及车载机械操控。主要设备是有制动装置(或作用)以及测速装置的卷扬机。
卷扬机由于它结构简单、搬运安装灵活、操作方便、文护保养简单、对作业环境适应能力强等特点,可以应用于冶金起重、建筑、水利作业等方面,但是此次设计的卷扬机是运用于桥梁底部探测系统中探测小车的牵引,设计都是根据这一要求为依据的。
本次设计的电动卷扬机是由电动机、联轴器、制动器、减速器、卷筒、导向滑轮、吊钩等组成。
本次设计的步骤是从钢丝绳开始入手,然后依次对卷扬机的卷筒、卷筒轴、电动机、减速器、制动器、联轴器以及卷筒机的导向滑轮设计与选取。
根据此次设计要求,结合指导老师的相关建议,设计出的卷扬机能够满足工程实际需要。

Abstract
Bridge inspection is done by means of detection to a certain level of understanding of the technical condition of the bridge and the occurrence of disease location, severity , causes , etc., and to analyze and evaluate both the impact of the disease on the bridge , so as to provide a reliable bridge maintenance and reinforcement of technical data and basis.
Currently the use of artificial means to detect , there is a certain risk of testing personnel , testing equipment is somewhat cumbersome . The design plans to develop a remote CNC automatic test equipment, equipment is pided into upper and lower sensing platform trolley .      The topic for research towed bridge at the bottom of the main content detection system is the completion of the upper platform trolley car towed and mechanical manipulation. The main equipment is hoist brake ( or role ) and speed measuring devices .
  Because of its simple structure winch , flexible handling the installation , easy operation and simple maintenance , adaptability to the operating environment and other characteristics, can be applied to aspects of metallurgical lifting , construction, water conservancy and other operations , but the design of the hoist is used in bridge bottom detection system detects the car traction design is based on the response to this request .
 The design of the electric winch is a motor , couplings , brakes, reducer, drum , guide pulleys , hooks and other components.
The second step is to start with the design of the rope , and then turn on the winch reel , reel shaft , motor , reducer , brakes, couplings and guide pulley reel machine design and selection.
  According to the design requirements, combined with the instructor 's recommendations , designed to meet the actual needs of the hoist works
