摘要气旋式非接触搬运是一种新兴的搬运方式,其搬运过程与工件保持非接触状态。因此气旋式非接触搬运方式具有对被吸工件非接触,无损伤,无污染等优点。在液晶面板、半导体等对工件要求无损和高洁净度的行业,该搬运方式具有广泛的应用需求。目前国内外许多学者开展了相关的研究工作。本文通过理论分析,建模仿真等方法,设计了一套气旋式非接触气动搬运机构,绘制了其气动回路图,运用Solidworks搭建了三文模型,并进行有限元分析。运用autoCAD绘制了整个机构的各个零件图以及装配图。25159

Title The Structure Design of Non-Contact Pneumatic Handling System
Abstract
Cyclonic non-contact handling is a new way of handling. The device keeps non-contact state with the work pieces during the handling process .So cyclonic non-contact handling way has advantages of no damage, no pollution, etc. In the productive process of LCD and semiconductor it’s been extensive used. Many scholars at home and abroad carries on research about it now .Through the methods of theoretical analysis, modeling and simulating, we designed a cyclonic non-contact handling device. In the paper, we build a 3D model and performed finite element analysis with Solidworks and draw parts drawing and assembly drawing with autoCAD.
