摘要气动技术在现代加工中得到广泛的利用,更在产品自动装箱的领域发挥着重要的作用。在我国,产品装箱通常依靠人工完成,这种装箱方式的效率十分低下、劳动强度较高、动作非常僵化,因此利用气动技术来对产品进行自动装箱是一个高效能的方法,它能代替工人完成复杂的僵化工作。针对所给的课题任务:对瓶装饮料自动装箱生产线的结构设计和系统控制,首先需要根据加工需求对气动机械手提出设计的方案,然后对其进行三文建模,分析出运动的动作空间需求;对其零件结构进行设计,导出二文工程图;根据功能需求,计算动作时间,编写PLC对气动设备在整个装箱过程的控制程序。本文采用了SolidWorks软件来对设计的零件进行建模,分析结构的合理性,并进行仿真运动;接着画出二文工程图,最后利用PLC编写控制气动机械手动作的程序,达到了课题要求,完成了任务。根据上述方法使饮料瓶自动装箱系统的机械结构拥有了较好的加工工艺性,减轻了重量,能够较好的满足任务要求,实现饮料瓶自动装箱的功能。25616

Title The structure design and control of automatic packing line for bottled drinks
Abstract
Pneumatic technology is widely used in modern processing, and plays an important role in the area of product automatic packing .In our country, product packing always use manual labor, so the efficiency is very low, labor intensity is very high, action is very rigid, therefore the use of pneumatic technology of products for automatic packing is an efficient method, it can replace the workers to complete complicated work. For the given task: bottled drinks automatic packing production line of structural design and control system, firstly the design plan of pneumatic mechanical hand need to be raised according to the process requirements, then the 3D modeling is built, the analysis of demand of space requirements is given .For its part structure design, two-dimensional graph is should be derived. The action time is calculated according to the functional requirements, the PLC program on the equipment of the packing process control program is designed. The parts structure model is designed with the SolidWorks software, then the motion simulation and the engineering drawings should be completed, finally the control pneumatic manipulator action program is written by the PLC to achieve the requirements of the subject. Through the method, we make the mechanical structure of the beverage bottle automatic packing system have good processing technology and reduce the weight , it can well satisfy the demands of the task and realize the automatic packing of the function of the beverage bottle.
