摘要由于当今全球化经济的快速发展,使得世界上各个港口航道的货物运输量增长迅速,而海洋运输作为全球化经济运输的中坚力量,担负起了运输、生产等重要任务,为全球经济的发展做出非常重要的贡献。在海洋货物运输中,散货船所运输的货物占总运输量的近30%,货舱大小直接关系散货船运输量的大小。现按照《散货船共同规范2006》可使得钢材分布和结构设计更加合理。

船体结构局部强度通过有限元分析计算,可以精确地、全面地分析出船体局部强度。通常船体结构强度设计是与船舶设计同步进行的,随着船舶使用年限的增加,船体的局部强度会随之下降,旧船体必要的时候也需要进行局部疲劳强度校核分析。为确保新旧船舶的航行安全,进行船体局部强度分析是非常有效的方法,具有很大的现实意义。95181

本次论文以176,000DWT散货船的第三货舱段作为研究对象,然后利用MSC/Patran建立No。2、No。3、No。4连续三舱段数值仿真模型,然后选择空载、满载、多港装卸1和多港装卸2四种计算工况施加相应的载荷、边界条件等,利用MSC/Nastran软件对该结构进行计算分析,分析结构的主要构件甲板板、船底外板、内底板、船舷侧板、船底纵桁、横舱壁、横向强框架的应力水平,并校核其主要构件的局部强度。分析得出该舱段模型在加载相应载荷和边界条件下,七个主要构件结构强度都满足屈服强度标准。

Abstract Because of the rapid development of the global economy, the volume of cargo transportation in the world's ports is increasing rapidly, and ocean transportation, as the backbone of the global economic transportation, takes on important tasks such as transportation and production, and makes a very important contribution to the development of the global economy。 In marine cargo transport, bulk cargo transport accounted for nearly 30% of the total traffic volume, cargo size directly related to bulk cargo volume。 In accordance with the "Bulk carrier common Specification 2006" can make the distribution of steel and structural design more reasonable。

The local strength of hull structure can be analyzed accurately and comprehensively by finite element analysis and calculation。 Usually, the strength design of hull structure is synchronized with the ship design, with the increase of the service life of the ship, the local strength of the hull will decrease, and the local fatigue strength should be checked and analyzed when the old hull is necessary。 In order to ensure the navigation safety of the old and new ships, it is very effective to analyze the local strength of the ship hull and has great practical significance。

This paper takes the third cargo hold segment of 176 000 bulk, And carrier as the research object, and uses MSC Patran to establish the numerical simulation model  ,which of No。2, No。3 and No。4 continuous three-compartment segment, then choose No-load, full load, port loading and unloading four kinds of calculation conditions to exert the corresponding load, boundary conditions, etc。, using MSC Nastran to the structure of the numerical simulation analysis, analysis of the structure of the main components deck plate, bottom board, inner floor, side plate, bottom longitudinal truss, The stress level of transverse bulkhead and transverse strong frame, and check the local strength of its main components。 It is concluded that under the loading and boundary conditions of the module, the strength of the seven main structural components can reach the yield strength standard。
