摘要 船舶运输在经济发展中的作用随着海运业的日益扩大逐渐引起了人们的关注。而其中又由于散货船运输具备费用较低,效率较高,更加安全可靠的优点,使得其慢慢成为国际航运的骨干力量。为了使散货船具备更高的货运效率,就需要保证一定的货运量,而货运量主要是根据船舶货舱的大小来决定的。因此,与之相对应的局部舱段加强型船舶的需求量不断增大。95198

因为船体局部强度校核可以大大减少船体结构造成的海损,是提高航行安全性和保护个人财产的重要措施,所以具有非常重要的意义。船体随着船舶营运期限的增加会产生局部腐蚀和磨损,而其强度也下降,旧船体为保障航行安全,如有需要,也应进行相关的强度校核。因此,无论是新船还是具有相应的旧船的运行时间,船体强度检查都是非常有用的方法。

本篇论文以一艘176,000DWT的散货船NO。5货舱段船体结构作为研究对象,主要研究内容有:采用Patran和Nastran有限元软件,选取该船货舱内的主要构件建立三维舱段有限元模型;按照要求选定计算了满载航行,隔舱装载(=0。53),隔舱装

载(=1。03),多港卸载四种不同工况下的载荷以及相关的边界条件等,对其船体局部结构强度进行了有限元分析,经过和许用应力进行校核,得出结论,在四种工况下,

甲板板、船底板、内底板、舷侧板、船底纵桁、横舱壁、横向强横梁等计算结果均符合强度要求。

Because the hull local strength check can greatly reduce the hull structure caused by the sea, is to improve the safety of navigation and protection of personal property important measures, it is of great significance。 Hull with the ship's operating period will increase the local corrosion and wear, and its strength is also reduced, the old hull to ensure the safety of navigation, if necessary, should also be related to the strength of the check。 Therefore, both the new ship and the corresponding old ship's running time, hull strength inspection is a very useful method。
