摘要 夹层结构作为一种新型轻质结构,具有比强度高、比刚度大、能量吸收效率 高和隔振隔音等优异性能,在航空航天、建筑、汽车和船舶等领域应用广泛。这 类结构在准静态、撞击和中远场(空中和水下)爆炸载荷作用下的力学行为已获得 学术界和工程界极大地关注,相关研究工作开展比较广泛。而在空中近场爆炸载 荷作用下的相关研究工作开展并不多,特别是针对不同夹层结构抗爆性能的综合 分析对比很少。因此,通过开展数值仿真,掌握其动力学行为特征,具有非常重 要的理论意义和实用价值。如今,现代各类舰船的制造已经越来越多的使用钢夹 层板这种新型复合结构。95213

本文在研究了空气爆炸理论和数值仿真中的流固耦合的合理性验证的基础 上,对单层板和双层板在爆炸载荷作用下的动态响应过程进行了数值模拟,并且 从计算结果的位移和速度进行了研究分析。同时还改变了板厚和爆距,分析了其 对板的抗爆性能的影响。最后,建立了一个夹层板结构模型,采用 LS-DYNA 有 限元分析软件对夹层板结构模型在爆炸载荷作用下的动态响应进行了模拟,研究 并分析了夹层板结构在爆炸载荷作用下的变形以及破坏形式。

通过本文对爆炸载荷下夹层板动态响应的研究,发现夹层板厚度以及结构设 计对其抗爆性均有影响。由此提出了可以增强夹层板结构强度和抗爆性的建议。

ABSTRACT Lightweight sandwich structure as a new structure, having a high specific strength, high specific stiffness, high energy absorption efficiency and excellent performance  sound  isolation,  widely  used   in   aerospace,   construction, automobiles ,ships and etc.The mechanical behavior of these structures under quasi-static, impact and medium-range (air and underwater) explosive loads has received great attention from academia and engineering, and the related research work has been carried out extensively. In the air near-field explosion load Under the relevant research work carried out is not much, especially for different sandwich structure of the comprehensive analysis of anti-explosive performance is relatively small. Therefore, through the numerical simulation, to master the characteristics of its dynamic behavior, has a very important theoretical significance and practical value. Today, the manufacture of modern ships has been more and more use of  steel sandwich plate this new composite structure.

Based on the study of the rationality verification of fluid-solid coupling in air explosion theory and numerical simulation, the dynamic response process of single-layer and double-deck under explosive loading is numerically simulated. Displacement and velocity were studied and analyzed. But also changed the thickness and burst, and analyzed its impact on the board's anti-riot performance. Finally, a sandwich structure model is established. The dynamic response of the sandwich plate model under the explosion load is simulated by LS-DYNA finite element analysis software. The deformation of the sandwich plate structure under the explosion load is studied and analyzed. The form of destruction.

Through the study of the dynamic response of the sandwich plate under the explosive load, it is found that the thickness of the sandwich plate and the structural design have its influence on the antiknock. The proposal of strengthening the strength and anti - explosion of the sandwich plate is proposed.
