摘要:注塑成型是塑料制品的重要加工方式,而塑料制品在航空航天、电子、机械、船舶和汽车等行业广泛应用。由于传统的制模方法需要多次试模、修模、生产成本高、产品开发周期长,而且注塑成型过程中存在着飞边、烧焦、翘曲、熔接痕等主要缺陷。
因此,本文针对注塑成型过程存在缺陷的问题,以塑料齿轮为研究对象,应用Moldflow软件模拟注射成型过程,研究注塑缺陷的产生原因及预防措施,并优化工艺参数,为设计与制造注射模具提供可靠的依据。在本文中,首先阐述了注塑成型中常见缺陷及解决缺陷的措施,同时对塑件结构进行分析。其次应用Moldflow软件对齿轮制件建立有限元模型,在此基础上对填充、保压、冷却、翘曲进行数值模拟分析,然后以翘曲变形大小为优化目标,采用正交试验方法获得一组最佳的工艺参数。最后在模拟结果的基础上进行模具设计,这对模具生产后试模和修模工作量的减少,缩短模具开发周期等方面的研究具有重要意义。

Abstract:Injection molding is an important processing method for plastic products, and plastic products are widely used in aerospace, electronics, machinery, ship and automobile industries. As the traditional modeling method requires multiple test mode, repair mode, high production cost, product development cycle is long, and the injection molding process there are flash, burnt, warping, welding marks and other major defects.
Therefore, this paper focuses on the defects of injection molding process. Taking plastic gear as the research object, Moldflow software is used to simulate the injection molding process. The causes and preventive measures of injection defects are studied and the process parameters are optimized to provide reliable design and manufacture of injection molds. Basis. In this paper, the common defects in injection molding and the measures to solve the defects are expounded, and the structure of the plastic parts is analyzed. Then, the finite element model is established on the gear parts by Moldflow software. Based on this, the numerical simulation of the filling, packing, cooling and warping is carried out. Then, the warping deformation is used as the optimization target, and the orthogonal test method is used to obtain a group The best process parameters. Finally, the mold design is carried out on the basis of the simulation results, which is of great significance to the study of the mold production and the reduction of the mold work and the shortening of the mold development cycle.
