摘要:随着汽车、电子电器、通信、医疗器械、造船和航天工业的发展,各行各业对形状复杂的零件的需求的增加,传统的单工序模已经很难满足制造要求。在这种需求的推动下,级进模开始受到重视。本次设计,就是以电脑光驱托架为设计对象,通过对工件的分析以及利用三维制图软件设计出相应的级进模。在本次设计中,会先利用UG绘制出零件的三维模型,然后进行级进模的工艺分析,接着开始级进模最重要的排样,在排样过程中首先需要充分考虑零件的成型过程,如冲裁,弯曲,拉深,胀形等的先后顺序,其次还需要考虑到板料的前进是否受阻,直至最后切下成型工件。排样结束之后就是设计模具的结构,通过查阅相关的书籍选择合适的模具零部件,通过Pro/E画出模具的三维模型,然后设计出爆炸图。最后一步就是利用Pro/E中的模具三维图导出二维图,在CAD中进行修改,并画出一些比较复杂的零部件的二维图。在设计结束时,做出三维模型图,爆炸图,装配图,零件图以及设计说明书。
