摘要:内河小型货船在我国沿江水运中发挥作用很大,推动我国经济发展,其自身也得到了良好发展。近几年,国内散货船的需求上升,市场的交易自08年以来稳中有增。在当前的经济形势下,我们需要更好地了解货船的概况。而本文主要是针对50吨内河货船进行研究设计。本船船型小且灵活。本船采用的主尺度选择范围方法是母型船改造法,对于型线设计采用的是母型船改造法,用Maxsurf软件对其进行三维建模,从而得到设计船得相关数据,并在此基础上计算船舶在四种典型载况下的具体情况。进行新船的静水力曲线计算并校核其稳性是否满足要求。对于螺旋桨的设计严格按照规范,查阅MAU4-40、MAU4-55的螺旋桨图谱进行螺旋桨最佳要素(盘面比、螺距比、效率、螺旋桨直径)的计算。并对螺旋桨进行空泡校核,满足设计要求。

本文主要包括以下内容:

(1)确定船舶主要要素,进行船舶总体设计;

(2)用CAD绘制50吨内河货船总布置图;

(3)用Maxsurf进行新船型线设计,导入CAD绘制出50吨内河货船型线图;

(4)用HydromaxPro进行静水力性能计算;

(5)设计螺旋桨,计算螺旋桨最佳要素等参数;

Abstract:Inland river small cargo ship in China along the river water play a great role in promoting China's economic development, its own has also been a good development. In recent years, the demand for domestic coastal bulk carriers has risen, and market transactions have steadily increased since 2008. This article is mainly for 50 tons of inland river cargo ship for the overall design. The ship is small and flexible. The main scale selection method adopted by the ship is the method of the mother-type boat. For the profile design, the master-type ship is used to model it, and the three-dimensional modeling is carried out with Maxsurf software to obtain the relevant data of the ship. Calculate the ship in four typical conditions of the specific circumstances. The static water curve of the new ship is calculated and checked whether its stability meets the requirements. For the propeller design in strict accordance with the norms, access to MAU4-40, MAU4-55 propeller map of the propeller best elements (disk ratio, pitch ratio, efficiency, propeller diameter) calculation. And the propeller to check the bubble to meet the design requirements.

⑴To determine the main elements of the ship, the overall design of the   ship;

⑵Draw the total layout of 50 tons of river cargo ship with  CAD;

⑶With Maxsurf for new boat line design, import CAD to draw out 50 tons of river cargo ship line diagram;

⑷Calculate hydrostatic performance with Hydromax  Pro;

⑸Design the propeller, calculate the propeller best elements and other   parameters;
