摘要:V型夹层板具是有优越的力学性能的新型板架结构,在船舶结构设计中应用迎合了未来船舶市场的需求,具有广阔的前景。由于该夹层板在船舶结构中的应用更注重其力学性能,所以开展V型夹层板力学性能理论上的研究必定能推动对其结构的优化设计。

中本文通过对受均布载荷下的V型夹层板的等效推导,通过ABAQUS有限元软件数值分析得到夹层板的位移和应力分布情况,以及不同几何参数下夹层板的位移和应力响应。主要研究内容及结论如下:

(1)归纳总结以往学者对夹层板的等效方法,在此基础上推导V型夹层板的各个等效参数,并根据等效参数推导出常规载荷下夹层板的位移响应,采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS验证此理论方法的计算精度,所得结果误差符合工程要求,为V型夹层板的结构优化设计和理论分析提供参考。

(2)根据ABAQUS生成的位移云图和应力云图得到其位移和应力的分布情况均为板中间最大,并依次向外逐渐减小。

(3)通过理论解析法得到均布载荷下夹层板的几何参数和其等效刚度常量、位移,通过分析等效刚度和位移的关系得到y方向的纵向剪切刚度是影响夹层板位移的关键因素,其越大夹层板的位移量越小。

(4)通过仿真数值分析的结果得到均布载荷下随宽度的增大,板的位移量增大;随面板厚度的增大抗弯性能变好;长度和夹芯板厚度的变化对板的弯曲性能影响不大;夹层单元数量一定时,随夹芯板与面板夹角的增大,夹层板的位移量先减小后增大,说明存在一个抗弯能力最佳的夹角。

Abstract:V-shaped sandwich plate is a superior mechanical properties of the new type of plate frame structure, the application in the design of ship structure to meet the demand of the ship in the future market, has a broad prospect. Because the sandwich plate in the application of ship structure focus more on its mechanical properties, so carrying out a research into the v-shaped sandwich plate mechanical properties in theory will be bound to promote the optimization of the structure design.

This article through to the v-shaped sandwich plate under uniform load, the equivalent of deduction, sandwich plate is obtained by finite element numerical analysis software of ABAQUS displacement and stress distribution, as well as the sandwich plate under different geometric parameters of the displacement and stress response. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:

(1) Summarizes previous scholars on the equivalent sandwich plate method, on the basis of deriving the equivalent parameters of v-shaped sandwich plate, and according to the equivalent parameters is deduced displacement response of the sandwich plate under normal load and finite element analysis software ABAQUS to validate the theoretical method of calculation accuracy, conform to the requirements of the project, the result error of v-shaped sandwich plate structure optimization design provides reference and theoretical analysis.

(2) Based on ABAQUS generated by the displacement nephogram and obtain its displacement and stress distribution of the stress nephogram are plate in the middle is the largest, and in order to gradually decrease.

(3) Under uniformly distributed load is obtained by theoretical analytical method of sandwich plate geometric parameters and the equivalent stiffness constants, displacement, through the analysis of the relations of equivalent stiffness and displacement direction of longitudinal shear stiffness is the key factors influencing the displacement of sandwich plate, the greater the displacement of sandwich plate is smaller.
