摘要地震资源勘探采集车是一种新型的地震资源勘探装备,可实现检波器遥控定位与插置、信号遥控采集,是一种安全、高效、高密度信息采集的陆地资源勘探装备,代表着陆地资源勘探装备的发展方向。本文针对采集车的车体结构、行走机构以及检波器的插置机构开展相关技术研究。
论文论证并确定了采集车的总体方案,依据总体方案设计了履带式行走机构和检波器插置机构。对行走机构的履带、驱动轮、支重轮、导向轮和托链轮进行了理论计算与设计;采用电动推杆结构设计了检波器插置机构;最后,基于上述两部分的设计,进行了采集车的总成设计。26673
本文对新型地震资源采集车的研制与设计进行了初步的尝试,获得了初步的经验。

Abstract
The seismic exploration and acquisition vehicle is a new type of seismic exploration equipment.It can achieve remote control ,positioning of the detector, signal remote controling. It is a safe, efficient, high-density information acquisition of land resources exploration equipment,Representing the development direction of land resources exploration equipment.In this paper, the relevant technology is carried out for the car body structure, walking mechanism and the insertion mechanism of the detector.The overall scheme of the acquisition vehicle is demonstrated and the crawler type traveling mechanism and the detector are designed according to the overall scheme.The crawler walking mechanism,the driving wheel, the branch heavy wheel, guiding wheel and entrusted sprocket of the theoretical calculation is also designed; designing the geophone in device using electric push rod structure. Finally, based on the two parts of the design, acquisition vehicle design.In this paper, the design of the new seismic resource acquisition vehicle is preliminarily attempted, and the experience of this paper is acquired.
