摘要自德国保时捷公司首先推出自动变速器后,自动变速技术得到飞速发展。自动变速换挡过程中会产生大量的摩擦热,对其进行温度监测有十分重要的意义。 本文针对离合器内部环境设计了基于K型热电偶的动态温度测试系统。 测试系统的硬件结构以STM32为控制核心,内置模数转换器为数据采集,结合热电偶放大器 AD8497,实现了信号调理和采集。软件系统中,下位机软件能够独立的完成测量、显示、控制、传输等功能。上位机软件实现了下位机控制、数据传输、数据显示、数据存储等功能。 论文最后进行了整装实验。经实验验证,在标定的温度范围内,测量精度为±0.2℃、响应时间为5ms左右,满足测试系统各项要求。 26735 毕业论文关键词:K型热电偶,动态温度测量,AD8497,STM32
Title Design of Temperature Measurement System based on the K type thermocouple
Abstract
Since Germany porsche first introduced automatic transmission, automatic
transmission technology got rapid development.In the process of the automatic
transmission shift will cause a lot of friction heat, for temperature monitoring
has very important significance.
This article in view of the internal environment of the clutch design the
dynamic temperature measurement system based on K type thermocouple.Test system
hardware structure with the STM32 as the core, built-in adc for data collection,
combined with the thermocouple amplifier AD8497, realize the signal disposal
and collection.Software system, the software of singlechip processor system
independently complete measurement, display, control, transmission, etc.PC
software to achieve the lower machine control, data transmission, data display,
data storage, and other functions.
The paper finally ready experiment was carried out.By experimental
verification, the calibration temperature range, measurement accuracy, response
time is about 5 ms, satisfying the requirements test system.
