摘要:当今世界上发展最快的工业门类之一就是模具产业,这其中发展最快的种类就当属注塑模具了,所以,对于注塑模具的研究和开发就对提高注塑产品的质量和数量具有十分重要的意义。伴随着科学技术日新月异的发展和突破,人们对于现有注塑产品的质量及精密仪器的要求也在逐渐增加,现有的冷流道注塑方法已经难以满足人们的日常需求。采用热流道可以使得产品的外观更加好看,提高材料利用率及其生产效率,还能很大程度上延长模具的使用寿命。本次设计依次对产品进行工艺性分析、分模设计、模架设计、热流道浇注系统设计、顶出系统设计、水路设计、绘制二文图等,体现了NX/Mold Wizard模块在模具设计中的运用的优越性。通过这次设计,能够对注塑模具有更进一步的认识,注意到设计中的某些细节问题,了解模具结构及工作原理。27936 毕业论文关键词: 注塑模设计;NX/Mold Wizard;热浇道
Hot runner injection mold design of the fixed plate for smartphone’s motherboard based on NX
Abstract: Plastic industry is one of quickest industry classes in the world grows now, but injection mold is development quick type, therefore, the research casts the mold to understand the plastic product the production process and improves the product quality to have the very big significance. With the development of injection molding technology and the pursuit of high precision plastic products. Traditional cold runner mold has been unable to meet the demand with the pursuit of high precision plastic products. The advantage of the hot runner is that they can not only make the product more attractive, material savings, higher production efficiency, but also make the life of the mold at least 5 times longer. Process analysis of this design include parting design, mold base design, gating system design, hot runner ejection system design, water design, 2D drafting, etc, which reflects the superiority of NX / Mold Wizard module in the mold design. Through this design, may to cast the mold to have a preliminary understanding, notes in the design certain detail question, understands the mold structure and the principle of work.
