本课题注重安全可靠性,因此有些问题由此展开。液压升降机的机械结构通常是由底座,臂架以及工作台几部分组成。各个地方的设计首先要达到足够的强度和刚度,才开始展开其他方面的合理设计。本课题主要设计机械结构,液压系统和驱动控制部分。从安全性,可靠性的角度看,液压升降机不同于一般机械,其特点是作业频率不高,负荷较小,但要求安全性,可靠性高。因此,为保证高空作业车的工作稳定、可靠性、安全、作业灵活、效率高、设计出优良额机械结构和液压系统。
本课题主要设计要求和所需要的参数如下:

2、升降高度为10m
