摘要驻车制动系统是汽车底盘上很重要的一个系统。对于传统的机械手刹来说,手刹拉杆是最常被驾驶者使用的部件之一,为了减少操纵手柄所占空间同时使驾驶者更加省力,本设计提出并设计了一种拥有拉索结构的可变杠杆比的驻制动操纵手柄装置。基于某款轻型轿车的参数对汽车进行了驻车效能及制动手柄拉力的计算,确定了杠杆比的变化范围。设计采用了椭圆形状的绕绳槽轮结构来实现杠杆比的变化并以此对驻车制动操纵杆各零件的长度参数进行了确定,同时对其进行了操纵手柄行程的验算。使用SolidWorks及AutoCAD完成了相关装配图及零件图的绘制工作,同时对主要受力零件进行了应力分析,确保了设计的可靠性与实用性。30462

Title A certain type of parking brake lever design
Abstract
The parking brake system on the vehicle chassis is a very important mission-critical systems. For conventional mechanical handbrake, the handbrake lever is one of the components most commonly used by drivers. In order to reduce the space occupied by the joystick while motorists more effort, this design is proposed and designed to have a cable structure variable hand brake lever device ratio. By reference to a section of the parameters of light cars were parking the car performance and brake lever tension calculations to determine the scope of the change lever ratio. Design uses a structure around the sheave grooves to achieve the leverage ratio and thus change the elliptical shape parameters of the parking brake lever length of each part was OK. Finally, the use of SolidWorks and AutoCAD design complete the relevant assembly drawing and figure drawing working parts, while its intensity examination and checking travel joystick.
