摘要金属三文打印技术在军工、航空航天等领域都有很重要的运用价值。很多构造复杂的金属构件都可以采用三文打印的方法直接成型,不仅节省了加工时间,而且还降低了制造难度节约了成本。但三文打印技术仍然存在一些结构缺陷、致密度较低、材料组织结构需要调整、力学性能有待进一步提高等问题。本文针对上述问题,通过对三文打印630不锈钢金属构件的后续热处理工艺的研究,来改变三文打印金属零件的结构和力学性能,以促进金属三文打印技术的应用。本文根据对630不锈钢的热分析结果结合传统不锈钢热处理工艺制定了三种热处理工艺,分别对试样进行固溶和时效处理来改善不锈钢的结构和性能。通过对比热处理前后不锈钢的结构和性能变化来研究热处理对三文打印630不锈钢的影响。30700 毕业论文关键词:三文打印,630不锈钢,热处理工艺,固溶处理,时效处理,金属性能

Title Study of heat treatment on 3D printing metal component.
Abstract
Metal 3D printing technology has important application value in the military, aviation and aerospace fields. The alloy component of many complex structures are available through the way of forming one dimensional printing, Not only save time, but also greatly reduces the difficulty and cost of molding. But 3D printing technology still exist some problem like structural defects, low density, material structure need to adjust, mechanical properties need to further improve. In this paper, the above questions, through the study on the subsequent heat treatment process of three dimensional printing 630 stainless steel metal components, To change the structure and mechanical properties of 3D printing metal components, in order to promote the application of metal 3D printing technology. According to the thermal analysis of 630 stainless steel and the traditional stainless steel heat treatment process to make three kinds of heat treatment process, were the performance of solid solution treatment and aging treatment to improve the test for stainless steel. By comparing before and after heat treatment of stainless steel structure and property changes to study the effects of heat treatment on the 3D printing of 630 stainless steel.

1.1 选题背景及研究意义
三文打印技术,是一种根据待加工零件三文模型为基础,使用高能量激光将粉末状的金属或塑料的成型材料熔融,然后通过逐层打印的方式快速制造的方法。它是利用CAD等软件设计出的三文立体模型,通过计算机控制在打印平台上打印出一定的厚度,相当于完成了立体实物的一个剖面,然后一层层的将熔融粉末材料打印上去,从而实现通过逐层的堆积获得三文立体实物。因为在整个制造过程中,三文打印技术不需要像传统技术那样去除大量的原材料,而是逐层增加原材料而获得立体实物,因此又被称为增材制造技术[1]。
