雅马哈民谣吉他F310琴盒注塑模具设计摘要:自塑料从二十世纪以来慢慢地进入广大人民生活中并得到越来越广泛的应用,凭借着低廉的价格、易变形、强度高等优点一直方便着我们的生活,比如在电子设备、生活器具、艺术制品以及工业制品方面等等。32661
关于塑料制品的成型方法,有许多各有特点的方法,但在本次设计中,讲采用注塑成型方法,进行雅马哈民谣吉他F310琴盒注塑模具设计。
本次设计的对象是雅马哈民谣吉他F310琴盒,在设计之前对其进行了很多数据测量和记录;然后主要是利用Pro/e对其进行三文建模,这样有一个直观的感受方便接下来的模具设计,包括塑件元件、分型面、浇口流道、型芯与型腔等;最后主要是利用CAD对之前的设计进行二文制图,即工程图,用来更加直观简便地显示模具的结构。 毕业论文关键词:Pro/e;CAD;模具设计
Design of injection mold for the YAMAHA folk guitar F310 piano case
Abstact:Plastic products since the twentieth century slowly into the majority of the people living in and got more and more extensive application, with low price, easy deformation, high strength has been to facilitate the our life, such as in electronic equipment, utensils, art products and industrial products aspects and so on.
Molding method of plastic products, many of the characteristic of the method, but in this design, speak with injection molding method, Yamaha guitar F310 musical box injection mold design.
The design object is Yamaha guitar F310 musical box, in the design before the were a lot of measuring and recording data; then mainly is carries on the three dimensional modelling using Pro / E, which is an intuitive feel convenient next mold design, including plastic components,, sprue flow passage, core and cavity,; and the last part is mainly for two-dimensional mapping using CAD to design, engineering drawing to more easy and intuitive display mold structure.
