摘要: 本文所设计的清洗系统是针对清洗小零件(弹簧钢片)的清洗机的一个系统。因为小零件在加工时只受到油污和粉尘的污染,所以本系统适合采用水基振动清洗,就是气动振动器驱动装有小零件的清洗篮上下振动,完成对小零件的清洗。33094
清洗篮、清洗槽等机械部分是304不锈钢为材料的焊接件。由于使用的清洗剂是柠檬酸,具有腐蚀性,因此要求焊接件具有较高的耐腐蚀性,力学性能及严格的密封性能。为了不影响焊接接头的耐腐蚀性,在焊接之前要先清理焊缝两侧,去除油污。33094

Design of Pneumatic Vibration Cleaning System
Abstract: The cleaning system designed in this paper is a system for cleaning the washing machine of small parts (spring steel piece). Because small parts in the processing only by oil pollution and dust pollution, so the system suitable for the water-based vibration cleaning is gas vibrator driven with small parts of the cleaning basket vibrate up and down, to finish cleaning of parts.
The mechanical parts, such as cleaning basket, washing groove and so on, are the welding parts made of 304 stainless steel. Because the cleaning agent is citric acid, corrosive, so the welding parts have higher corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and strict sealing performance. In order not to affect the corrosion resistance of the welded joints, weld before the weld to the sides, remove grease.
The whole system is controlled by PLC. According to the requirements of the design to make the cleaning tank water supply, water supply and drainage automation and pneumatic vibrator automatically according to the demand to complete the cleaning task. The conveying system of the washing basket can realize the automatic cleaning and conveying process.
