摘要:    随着国家电力负荷的迅速增长,电网容量也随之增加,我国越来越多的采用大容量、高参数机组。燃烧器作为煤粉锅炉燃烧设备的主要组成部分,它的性能好坏对燃烧的稳定性和经济性有很大的影响。本次毕业设计的是锅炉容量为600MW的直流煤粉燃烧器,论文首先通过对所给煤种进行的工业分析,确定了煤种实际的发热量、锅炉的基本参数、理论空气量和烟气量,并最终确定了炉膛燃料消耗量等;然后,计算炉膛的结构尺寸,先假定炉膛的容积热负荷和截面热负荷,计算出炉膛的容积和截面积以及炉膛的主体高度,并根据煤种特性来初步选定煤粉燃烧器的类型和布置方式,针对燃烧煤种和锅炉容量选择合适的制粉系统;最后,计算燃烧器的出力,确定一、二次风的风量,在此基础上,最终确定出燃烧器的喷口截面尺寸和燃烧器的阻力。33096

Design of Dc Pulverized Coal Burner of 600MW Pulverized Coal Fired Boiler
Abstract:     With the growth of national power load, electrical network capacity has increased rapidly in China. More and more 600MW pulverized coal fired units with high capacity and parameters have been used. As the main part of pulverized coal fired boiler’s combustion equipment, pulverized coal burner has the very tremendous influence to stability and economy of combustion. The content of this graduation thesis is to design the Dc pulverized coal burner of 600MW pulverized coal-fired boiler. Firstly, by the industry analysis to the given coal, it is identified that the actual coal heat, the basic parameters of the boiler and theoretical air volume and flue gas volume, and then the fuel consumption in the furnace is determined therefore. Secondly, calculating the structure of the furnace. By assuming volumetric heat load and sectional heat load, we can calculate the volume and cross-sectional area and the main body altitude of the furnace. And next according to the coal properties, preliminary select the type and arrangement of the burner. Finally, choosing appropriate pulverized coal system on the basis of the coal properties and the capacity of the boiler. When all the work above is finished, it is possible to calculate the output of the burner and the volume of primary air and secondary air. At this point we can determine the section size of the burner nozzle and the resistance of the burner definitively.
