摘要:磁流体的阻尼可控柔性轴承是一种新型轴承,主要以磁流体作为介质。磁流体轴承具有响应速度快、控制方便、体积小、结构紧凑、易与计算机进行连接测试阻尼力的大小等特点。鉴于磁流体阻尼可控柔性轴承是一种新型的智能化动作器,有广泛的应用和广阔的前景,因此,设计出性能良好的磁流体阻尼的可控柔性轴承十分有意义。鉴于此目的,本文作者希望可以通过仿真改变磁流体轴承的结构以达到提高其性能的目的。34739
首先根据磁流体的特点并综合考虑经济性和其他学者的设计经验,首先设计了磁流体的阻尼可控柔性轴承,之后本文对所设计的磁流体的阻尼可控柔性轴承进行了内部磁场的ANSYS软件仿真,仿真结果表明,所设计的磁流体的阻尼可控柔性轴承结构合理,基本满足设计要求。为了研究阻尼力大小的影响,利用ANSYS系统对所制作的磁流体的阻尼可控柔性轴承的阻尼力的关系进行了系统研究。通过本文的研究,验证了对磁流体的阻尼可控柔性轴承输出阻尼力的影响的因素。

Design of controllable flexible bearing based on magnetic fluid damping
Abstract:The damping controllable flexible bearing of the magnetic fluid is a new type of shock absorber, and the main magnetic fluid is the magnetic fluid as the medium,The magnetic fluid damper has the characteristics of fast response, convenient control, small size, compact structure, easy connection with computer and damping force.In view of the magnetic fluid shock absorber is a new type of intelligent actuator, it has wide application and broad prospect, so it is very important to design a good magnetic damper with good performance. For this purpose,the author hopes that the structure of the magnetic fluid damper can be changed by simulation and experiment to improve the performance of the magnetic fluid damper.
Firstly, according to the characteristics of MR fluid and considering the design experience of the economy and other scholars, the damping controllable flexible bearing is designed.This paper on the design of magnetic fluid controllable damping of flexible bearings are software ANSYS simulation of the internal magnetic field.Simulation results show that the reasonable design of the magnetic fluid damping controllable flexible bearing structure, basically meet the design requirements. In order to study the influence of the gap to the damping force, a system of the performance measurement of the shock absorber is built. The relationship between the clearance and damping force of the controllable flexible bearing is studied by the test system.Through the research of this paper, the influence of the gap on the damping force of the controllable damping force of the damping of the magnetic fluid is verified.
