摘要:本课题为数控齿牙盘分度实训台设计。本次的设计基本概念是通过一个二级减速装置来实现减速,从而使分度台实现松开以及加紧定位的工作过程。其中的二级减速装置使用齿轮与蜗轮蜗杆组合;分度台的松开及加紧使用三盘齿式分割台来进行工作台分度的工作;其中的推动装置使用气压推动。本次的设计本着利用大的传动比来进行相对精确地分度工作的理念,一切以结构简单,便捷,高效率为宗旨来进行这次设计,并结合国内外先进的技术理念来完成本次的总体以及局部设计。34790 毕业论文关键词: 数控 ; 齿牙盘 ;分度 ;回转
NC gear tooth disc piding training platform design
Abstract: This topic for CNC gear tooth disc piding training platform design. The basic concept of design is accomplished by a secondary reduction gear deceleration, thus make indexing table loosen and tighten the positioning process. The double reduction device using a combination of gear and worm gear and worm; Degree of loosening and tightening using three tooth segmentation for piding the work table; One of the driving device using hydraulic drive. The design in line with the use of large gear ratio for the concept of relative accurately piding work, everything with simple structure, convenient and efficient for the purpose to proceed with the design, and connecting with the domestic and foreign advanced technology concept to complete the overall and local design.
