摘要: 环形加热炉是借助炉底的转动,使放置在炉底上的料坯由进料口移动到出料口的一种炉型,本设计采用侧进料侧出料的方式,并且采用烧嘴侧加热。本设计对中径尺寸为 16 米的环形加热炉,进行燃料燃烧和排烟系统的设计,具体包括燃料燃烧计算、钢坯加热时间计算、炉子基本尺寸的确定、热平衡计算及燃料消耗量的确定,排烟系统计算,加热炉分为三段式。本设计采用煤气作为主要燃料,且加热炉排烟方式采用自然排烟。由于炉子排烟系统阻力较大,故采用排烟机直接排烟的形式进行排烟。在排烟系统设计中,主要进行了烟道阻力的计算、烟囱的计算、炉膛内阻力的计算、掺冷风机的选取以及排烟机的选取等工作。 35154 毕业论文关键词: 环形加热炉;热平衡;换热器;排风;燃料燃烧
Design of 38t/h Annular Furnace
Abstract: Annular furnace is through the rotation of the furnace bottom, placed on the bottom of the billet material of charging moved to the discharging of a kind of furnace type, the design with the method of side feed side discharge, and adopts the heating burner side. This design for the 16 meters in diameter size in annular furnace, fuel combustion and smoke exhaust system design, including fuel combustion and billet heating time calculation, determine the basic size of the stove, heat balance calculation and determination of fuel consumption, exhaust system, heating furnace is pided into three. This design use natural gas as the main fuel, and the heating furnace using natural smoke exhaust smoke. Because of its high resistance furnace exhaust system, the direct exhaust fume extractor is adopted the form of smoke. In the exhaust system design, mainly for the calculation, the calculation of chimney flue resistance, the calculation of the resistance in the hearth, selection of mixing air cooler, and the selection of range hood, etc.
