摘要:日前,液压系统的应用已日趋成熟,在工业、机械、军事、航空等各领域都得以广泛应用。液压技术也正逐步被越来越多的人所掌握、学习,同时液压系统的组成和搭配也变得越来越复杂。因此,在将液压技术应用的过程,以及学习掌握液压技术的过程中,会有各类液压系统的故障发生或者由液压元件的故障导致的系统故障,并且由于液压系统的特性,大多数故障都不容易检测。故此,建立学校教学用液压试验平台,通过此液压试验台,可以演示各典型液压系统故障、液压元件故障以及测试液压泵,以达到液压教学或者液压系统故障排除等多功能目的。此外,此液压试验台采用了机械式功率回收,以节约能量、减少液压油液发热问题。故此,这是一个多功能的功率回收型液压试验平台。35707 毕业论文关键词: 液压;试验台;功率回收;液压泵
The design of Medium Flow Hydraulic Test mechanical device
Abstract:Recently, the application of the hydraulic system has been in all fields of industrial, machinery, military, aviation, etc. widely applied.Hydraulic technology is gradually being more and more people to grasp, learn, at the same time, the composition and arrangement of the hydraulic systemIt is becoming increasingly complex. Therefore, in the process of hydraulic technology applications, as well as learning to master hydraulic technology in the process, there will be all kinds of hydraulic system failure occurs or system failures resulted from the failure of hydraulic components, and due to the characteristics of the hydraulic system, the majority of failures are not easy to detect. Therefore, the establishment of schools teaching the hydraulic test platform, through which hydraulic test stand, can demonstrate all the typical hydraulic system failure, failure of hydraulic components and test the pump, in order to achieve a hydraulic teaching or hydraulic systems and other multi-purpose troubleshooting. In addition, the hydraulic test bench with a mechanical power recovery, to save energy,reduce heat hydraulic fluid problem. Therefore, this is a versatile hydraulic power recovery test platform.
